You have signed into a Kenora area genealogy site I've built for the local genealogy club.
I haven't done any work on Norwegian genealogy, myself. I'm not sure if anyone in the group has (probably!). It has some different challenges because of the patronymic system of naming used there (Ragnar Sigurdson's son Olaf is Olaf Ragnarson...).
You could start a group on Norwegian ancestor research and ask for help there, or you could start a forum. The first option might be easier for people who are also interested in Norwegian work to find, though, so that's what I'd do....
You might enjoy coming to our meetings, too. There are several Keewatin members who might be able to give you a lift. You could put that to the forum!
