I think I remember my mom mentioning Rex Clibbery as one of her pilots when she first came to Kenora in the early 1950s. By that, I mean that he flew her to the various Indian Reservations where she worked as a nurse with Indian Health for the Department of Indian Affairs, not that she owned an airline, lol!
Welcome to our genealogy network. I'm curious to know your Kenora connection - always fun to hear from folks overseas. Did your mom grow up in Kenora or was she a visitor when the carnival was on?
