SEARCHING FOR DESCENDANTS OF WILLIAM CHARLES KING

Hi Everyone!  I am doing family research on the "King" side of my Ancestors.  My Grandmother Emma Elizabeth King had an older brother William Charles who moved to the Rat Portage area in the 1890's.  He married Ada Duncan 24 December 1895 and they had 9 children - 6 sons and 3 daughters.  William was a well known Harness Maker in the area as well as a member of the Rat Portage Musical Band from the early days.  William died 4 July 1931 at 61 years of age; he is buried in Lake of the Woods…See More

Welcome to the ASK Network, Debbie Ann! Must go in right away for a better look at that photo - looks wonderful!

If you have any problems here, I'm the go to person. There is also a Users' Manual on the MAIN page that you can download.

Hope you have a great time meeting others here, learning about your Kenora area roots and genealogy, too.

See you around!
